Hamilton Futsal showing fresh talent

The city of Hamilton is known for it’s hardworking class community, the CFL’s Tiger Cats, and come 2015 it will soon be known for its futsal program. Popular local club, Mount Hamilton Youth SC is the first club in the Steel City to embrace the five a side game.

The talented and athletically gifted boys U15 program have been training in futsal for a while now and come January look to make a mark when Hamilton Futsal kicks off its inaugural campaign. President of the league, Pete Townsend, recently provided a clinic for the boys at Delta Secondary School that taught them the rules and basic tactics of the sport which was widely enjoyed by all.
