A dedicated Football-First community of passionate coaches and parents whose sole purpose is to elevate each player to reach his or her maximum potential. Player development is at the forefront of what we do and the very core of our existence.

We believe the Waterloo Region has a wealth of talent in coaches and players. We seek to make a home for those that want to develop and mature that talent onto greater opportunities than are available here locally. That might sound strange to you, that we would want our players and coaches to move on, but we feel that is why we exist. We have the ambition to see our very own play at the highest levels of competition. In Canada that will be the Canadian Premier League, and until we can provide our very own Canadian Premier League Division 1 Club here locally, we will continue to open pathways for players to reach those heights outside of our Region.
