CPFL Award Nominees Announced

The Canadian Premier Futsal League announced the nominees for their 2012 season. It was also announced that the annual championship trophy will be named after a prominent Canadian futsal builder.
The winners will announce and presented at the League Championship match this Sunday April 22nd at Seneca College in Toronto when Brampton City United face off versus Toronto Boca Juniors for the title. The match kicks-off at 4:45pm and will feature awards ceremonies in addition to both a DJ and fantastic local cuisine.

The CPFL Championship trophy has been named the Dalcio Delgado Award, honouring the legendary El Salvadoran who helped has develop futsal for the last two decades while providing great opportunities for youth to experience the sport. The Delgado name is synonymous with futsal with his entire family, a very large one int he double-digits, all having contributed to the sport over the years,
