Asian Football Confederation Cancels World Cup Qualifying Tournament
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the governing body in Asia has officially cancelled the 2021 AFC Futsal Championship. The tournament, which was slated for June in Kuwait, is the qualification event for the FIFA Futsal World Cup.
There has been no official release as to which five nations will be selected by the AFC to represent Asia at the World Cup.
