2 Weeks left to register for Futsal in the Greater Toronto Region

There are only 2 weeks left for teams and players in the Greater Toronto Region to sign up for this season in the Toronto Futsal League. Divisions from U7-U16 with mens and womens open divisions are being offered at 4 strategically convenient venues across the city.

With divisions set for a 14 game season on either a Saturday or Sunday, each team will receive an incredible complimentary 1 hour on court futsal clinic with with of Futsal Canada’s Technical Director’s, top level coach, Lorenzo Redwood, and Roy Blanche, the first and only Canadian to have played professional futsal abroad. These sessions are designed to minimize the transition to futsal rules and tactics.

A new first this season will also see the league establishing select squads at for top male and female players at U12, U14, and U16 ages that will train together and compete against some of the top futsal teams in Ontario, Great Lakes Region (US), and Quebec. A trip to a tournament in Brazil in 2012 is also in the works.
