The 2013-2014 Season was Jacie's fifth and final one as a Medicine Hat College Rattler. Over the course of her playing career, she has consistently featured as a Soccer All Star, a Futsal All Star and an Academic All Canadian. Additionally, Jacie has been a key member of the Rattlers Women Teams that have one a Futsal Gold and two Futsal Silver Medals during the last three seasons.

When asked about the role Brusky has played during her tenure as a Rattlers Soccer and Futsal Player, Head Coach Jim Loughlin commented:

"Jacie has been a crucial part of the Rattlers Soccer & Futsal Program's success since becoming a student at Medicine Hat College. She has been a leader on the field, in the classroom and in the community. Being recognized as the Women's Futsal Player of the Year will certainly be a highlight to an outstanding College Career."

Coach Loughlin added when asked if there is anything else that could top Brusky's Player of the Year Award... "Most certainly, Jacie has her sights set on leading her team back to the Championship Final and ending her career with a win."

Brusky and the Rattlers Women head into the ACAC Futsal Championships as the top ranked team after finishing the season with 7 wins and 1 tie.

Congratulations Jacie on an outstanding Futsal Season and on winning the 2013-2014 ACAC Women's Futsal Player of the Year Award.

For the second year in a row, Keyano College Huskies men’s futsal player Jonatton Cordoba has been named the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference 2014 Men's Player of the Year.

Cordoba is one of the key reasons why the Keyano Huskies finished the regular season with a record of seven games won, one game loss behind a 47 goals for and 10 goals against performance.

A 5-foot-10 midfielder from Halifax West High School, Cordoba was also a Canadian Interuniversity Sports First Team all-star in 2010 when he sparked the Saint Mary's Huskies to a 2-0 win over the host Toronto Varsity Blues in the CIS bronze-medal match by scoring both goals.

Cordoba displayed his scoring prowess in the opening game of the 2013 ACAC Futsal Provincial Championships recording a Texas Hat Trick with five goals in a 7-1 victory.
